What stores can I find those sound reducing pads for rock band drums?

If you're looking for those blue rubber things that are sticky on one side and go on a trap set (the drums for real rock bands), check out your local music shop.  Look around for a Guitar Center or something similar.  Basically, if it sells drums they should have it, and if they don't ask them if they could order some for you.  The price is really not going to be that bad either way, even if you did order online.  Sometimes, you can even find better deals on the internet, even with shipping!

If you mean for the game Rock Band, check out your local gaming store.  Same rules apply.
