Disney stores sell all sorts of Nightmare before Christmas stuff. Disney outlet stores too. Check out your local mall!

(and I know you don't want online sites, but the Disney website online has a store that sells their stuff. At a minimum, it'll give you an idea of what they sell in their brick and mortar stores.)
