What stores should I go back to school shopping at?

I only have $200.00 to go back to school shopping and I live in Ohio my school is based on popularity and tips..???

i've kinda put different styles into different categories for you-

Preppy:  Aeropostale(i got a pair of shorts there for $3!), Kohl's, Old Navy, and those tables in the back of the store at Hollister and American Eagle.

Surfer/Athlete: Pacsun(once again- the racks in the back of the store!), Steve and Barry's(look specifically in the Amanda Bynes Dear line and Serena Williams Eleven Line), and if you're small enough- they sell teen clothes at this tore called the pumpkin patch. these stores are in the mall. from the outside- they look like they are for babies and maternity clothing- but they sell sizes 14 and 16 there. i wear a size 5/7 in jeans and can easily fit into a 16 there. the clothes are REALLY adorable and the bigger sizes are usually only $10 a piece. one of the best places to get shorts and jeans.

My places: i try to go for a more fashionable/unique look- lots of dresses and bright colors. the best places for me are Forever 21(everything runs for about $20- if you need something a little fancier, this is your best bet), Wet Seal (every color of skinny jeans imaginable- i got some purple ones for $11), H&M has some basic items for about $10-13, and alloy.com has some great items in the clearance section of their site.

Abercrombie if you can fit in the kid sizes if not then cancel out that store because abercrombie and fitch is wayyyyyyy expensive. Hollister is pretty cool I shop there a lot. American Eagle is a little pricy but when I looked online yesterday there jeans were only like 25 dollars a pair. Pac Sun is an awesome place to get jeans because you can get 2 pairs of jeans for $55!!! Try to avoid stores like JCpennys except for maybe a few pairs of jeans. Good Luck!
