What stores usually sell clothes that make you look mature?

I want to get a sense of style that makes look i'm acutally in my 20's and same with my hair not sure how i should get it cut. Cause i feel some of my hair cuts that i get make me look like a kid or teen! I'm 21 by the way!

I had the same problem when I was trying to convert my wardrobe from highschool to the real world this past year. I now LOVE to shop at JCPenney and Herbergers. Those are my two favorite stores. You just have to know where to look! JCPenney is actually having a sale right now, a lot of stuff is 50% off. ( I took advantage of that today, lol)

Otherwise, a lot of places have really adult looking clothes, you just have to know what to look for and how to pair the items together. Best wishes!
