I really want a straightener for my hair!! I've heared that CHI is very good but I also heared that GHD is the best but it's way too expensive!! How much does this GHD straightener costs anyway? And honestly, which is THE BEST?? Sedu CHI, GHD??? Which one?

And please dont tell me that this ex. chi, works for you great, if you havent got hair close like mine... So, for better answers, please tell my the type of your hair too, if you'll say that the straightener you use works great to you..!

Thanks!!

  1. hmm....ghd i guess

  2. I just got treseme hair straighteners, they were pretty cheap and good for my frizz bomb !

But I also got treseme straighten as you dry ! Its fantastic and makes hair straighting a allot easier.

GHD are good too, but quite expensive.

  3. I've heard good things about the Chi and the GHD, but I wasn't willing to invest that much in a flat iron.  I went with a Solia, and it's amazing. Mine was around $90 and worth every penny.

  4. I have used the CHI straightener, and honestly it didn't do anything great for my hair.  I have chemically relaxed hair, which would be a big tangled afro if it wasn't relaxed.  I used a friends, because the new growth was coming in and I didn't have the time to get a touch up relaxer.  It straightened out the nappy alright, but really not any better than a cheap curling iron.  The friend who I borrowed it from is Inuit Indian, has very thick, slightly frizzy hair and she swears by it.  If you're just trying to get your hair stick straight, any of those you mentioned would work.  But they were more expensive than I thought they should be.  It didn't work any miracles on my hair.

  5. My hair is very curly and gets frizzy easy. I have a wet to straight straightner. They work reakky good, and are not that expensive. I got mine at Wal-mart for about 30 dollars.

I've never even heard of a CHI or GHD straightner! Am I that old? I'm only 21!
