What strain of Marijuana is the strongest?

You always hear people talking about this strain and that strain.. But does anyone know which strain really is the strongest?

There is no best strain.  Like the other guy said it all has to do with how it is grown and even more importantly, how it is cured.  You can have some killer cannabis but if it is not cured properly it won't reach its full potential.  And it doesn't depend on where its grown either.  If you know what your doing location does not make a difference.  Not too mention the type of strain it is will clearly make a difference.  You have Indica, Sativa, and Ruderalis; each has a certain type of high associated with it.  And don't listen to people who tell you that hydro is the best either.  In case anybody out there doesn't know hydro is not a strain its a method of growing.  People have achieved the same content levels through hydroponics and organic.  Even Ed Rosenthal has said he cannot taste a difference between the two (of course he's using well grown samples).

depending on where you grow your plants indoors (hydroponics) or outdoors, climate and temperature do play a part in how potent your plant can be. also take into account the kind of soil being used, how many vitamins, food and light you give it will determine the potency. but out of all the current strains of marijuana out there white widow contains the highest amount of THC 20-25%

Everybody says white widow but its not true.

White Widow hasnt won any awards since 1999, but has won many before then so people think its the best.

Widow only gets really strong when its grown properly under perfect conditions otehrwise it smells like cat p**s...

The best weed is debatable since most of the amazing strains are resevered for growers and they leave the customers to fight over the rest, and the potency really depends on how the weed was grown and what its genetics are.

Well that one guy answered with the word "chronic"  thats ridiculous that's just a slang term for Mj and means nothing.  For one thing it has to do with how it's grown and specially the humidity that it buds in and the sunlight it gets and the soil it's grown in.  Also not just how it's grown but also how it's cured,  To be honest the best weed I've ever smoked came from Africa,  they cured it by burying in the ground to dry out, but don't try that many other places or it will just get wet and wreck because of the climate.  Antigua and Jamaica also has some very very good weed.  Usually when you get a sack of weed most of it in the U.S. comes from Mexico and it's usually old and too many impurities in it.  But if you take seeds from that same bag and grow it yourself and cure it right you can make it much stronger.  Though when you start growing it yourself then you can invest in a two hundred dollar white widow seed and take the chance it does not grow.

Neville's Haze is extremely potent in THC. AK-47 is another extremely potent strain,said to be one hit ****.but there is no real answer to your question because different individual plants can be different strengths even if they are the same strain. also, you cant just measure the thc though because there are many many cannabinoids that aren't measured that have different psycological effects on people. chronic is a strain of pot as well as a slang term for pot, but the strain is a good balance between yield and quality but it definitely is not the strongest strain of marijuana.

Man this dude had some of this Ak-47. This guy was like a marijuana

Connaisseur. He always talks about how he smoked every strain and stuff, and I kind of believed him because, he's stoned like 24/7. So anyways I was at his house, and he pulled out this big bud and he's like "a man this is AK-47, this is strongest weed the world man. See them white crystals on that sh't". So I'm like alright roll a blunt man. So I'm sitting on the couch and I take like 3 or 4 big hits and he's just devours the blunt smokes like half of it in 2 hits and I'm sitting there I'm starting feel funny as h**l. I'm shaking, I start freaking out I'm like I never smoked stuff like that, I'm i'm i'm freaking out man I'm freaking out. And he's sitting over on the other chair, and he's like "I'm not feeling anything man, I think I got ripped off man."

I'm like what? What about them, white crystals of thc? He's like "man I had that sh't in the freezer, that was ice crystals, that s**+" was freezer burned. that kid Ronny ripped me off. I'm like ronny?? Isn't he in junior high? He's like naw he's a freshman now. I'm like man... pssh. All my bad feelings went away and I went home.
