What stretches and/or excercises should I do before I run so I can do my best?

  1. push ups or sit ups about 1 hour before.  I don't know why but it helps my endurance when I work other non-related running muscles beforehand.


  2. your neck roll,hang a leg up and pull,hold on a ear(both sides),knees,ankels !!! hope i helped !!

  3. You should warm up before running, run easy for 8 to 10  minutes, do ballistic stretching and then 4 to 5 strides.

    Go through the same routine before practice and races.

    Finish at least 10 minutes before the race.
