What stretches can I do to get more flexible?

I really want to get flexible because I am starting dance. I'm not too flexible now. Summer is almost over and dance starts soon. I want to know what stretches to do that are important for the skills I have to get in dance class. I want to get really flexible. Also about how long will it probably take to get really flexible?

  1. sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you.  point your toes.  have someone push your toes to the ground while you keep your legs straight.  this helps to improve your point.


  2. Put your leg up on a couch and stretch!

  3. it wud take quite a while but it might not if u streched every moring n night!

    sit on the floor and put your feet together n push your feet out!

    or

    get some1 2 hold u and try to lean back as far as u can this will help but dont do this without warming up coz ul strain a muscle as i found out!

  4. Well, its easy to get flexible you just need to practice 15 minutes  4 times a day ... you put youor leg on a wall stand facing the wall, and keep scooching the foot on the ground to the wall. thats what i do and i can do all my splits
