what stretches can i do if i'm going to beta level in ice skating??

please help me!!!

  1. what level are you on at the moment?

    I suggest splits and squats. This will help improve flexiblity and get stronger.


  2. I have no clue what "beta" level is, but this is my 20 minute stretch routine before i skate (i am a preliminary skater)

    jog in place for 2 minutes

    touch my toes for 3 minutes

    touch left toes for 1 minute

    touch right toes for 1 minute

    butterfly for 3 minutes

    butt stretch on right leg for 2 minutes

    butt stretch on left leg for 2 minutes

    right leg splits for 2 minutes

    left leg splits for 2 minutes

    middle splits for 2 minutes

    after this routine, you'd be surprised how flexible you really are!
