What stretches can you use to get more flexible?

i am a dancer, and have been for 8 years, but i need to be more flexible, any suggestions?

  1. Have you tried pole fitness. It will make you so flexible and fit, i recommend it highly


  2. sit in your splits for at least 30 seconds because it takes 15 seconds for the muscles to adjust and another 15 seconds for the muscles too... i dont really remember exactly what my dance teacher said. all i know is you have to hold strecthes for at least 30 seconds to see results. im on my 11th year of danceing and thats what i do to increase flexibility!

    I have been dancing for 3 years and have all my spilts down...so start with those.

    When you get splits, you will be able to kick higher as well. It's just how it works.
