  1. mirror mastic, is a mirror adhesive for that particular purpose.

comes in squeeze tubes, caulk gun tubes, and a can.

  2. Clear Silicone Caulking will do the trick.Just place a 2 inch line on each corner along the bottom and sides gently press mirror against the wall at each corner.

  3. Bear in mind that some day this mirror will need to come off the wall and that the clean up of the adhesive is going to be difficult and/or costly.

This is a commercial grade mastic, made for mirrors, and it is designed to NOT affect the silvering on the back of the mirror: http://www.aecinfo.com/1/resourcefile/01...

  4. It is understandable you dont want to put holes in the wall but the best way to hang a flat mirror is to hang it with the clips that are made for it

It is a lot easier to patch small holes than to repair a wall after you remove the mirror and the mastic has ripped the paint and the paper off the wall. Remember no glue is removable once you stick it to the wall
