  1. It's called Dim Mak or touch of death

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dim_Mak

  2. Don't listen to Samurai2717

A long time ago they showed the making of Avatar and what fighting style they use.  It was something that had to do with a Chinese style though.  Ty Lee hits with pressure points to immobilize them which is pretty awesome!  I got this site from a guy and it shows how to perform this [Its the "to restrain a person" section].

    the site:

If you know the name of each pressure point then learning this will be a breeze, as for me.. I don't know the names of the pressure points then it won't be easy.  The spots Ty Lee hit aren't mentioned in here though.  Just the arms and legs restraining.

    Hope this is helpful!

  3. tai jutsu

  4. What clan is she?  Wikipedia describes her as a "skilled acrobat who strikes pressure points".  But if she's part of the Fire clan, I'm guessing her style is based in Northern Shaolin, though personal styles on the show can vary.

  5. Its a from of martial arts that is targets to hit the pressure points of the human body to cause pain and cut off "chi".

This is actaully a real way to fight

  6. She's an acrobat, who strikes pressure points.

  7. It's a cartoon dude, what do think?  If someone answers your question you can find a school and learn to bend elements?

I've been trying to pull a Kamehamaha for 6 years.  It's just not gonna happen
