that one that they use in the olimpics it doesnt go on sale till october but they say that the water just bounces off of it dut its like 100$ i think

Obviously the crawl stroke (usually called freestyle).

In competition, in the event called freestyle, you can do any stroke you want.  Everyone does the Australian Crawl because it is the fastest (by far).
