  1. Scotland or england>?

Its your highers if in scotland, or if you are in england, NI, or wales then it is your A levels that count. But obliviously you have to take GCSES or Standard grades before that can happen.

    take Biology

    Chemistry

    Pysics

    Maths

    English

    one/ two Langauge

    Business

And what ever you one =d

  2. Sciences, especially chemistry. Take all three if you can. You must also have relevant work experience, i.e. voluntary work in a vets.

Even then there is no guarantee. It is easier to be a doctor dealing with people that to become a vet, you must have a second choice of career.

  3. Ive just chosen my subjects : ) and i Want to be a vet as well : )

I chose Health and social, business studies and geography but if at your school you can take all the sciences then do that : )

    Good Luck !!

  4. Science, maths, english to get into vet college the highest grades are needed as places are always oversubscribed.

  5. For GCSEs it doesn't really matter I don't think, but I'd say take more academic classes than non-academic.

Then for A-Levels (depending on what vet school/uni) do biology, chemistry, physics, maths

GRADES: Ideally A* at GCSEs, then As at A-Level. Aim for the highest.

Also, you'll need ALOT of voluntary work, and ideally a good work experience placement. Try to get a range of work as well, from the medicine side of things, to caring for the animals etc. That'll make you stand out from the crowd. Also at voluntary work, it would be more valuable going say 2 hours a week for a year, than going every sat and sunday for a few months. This will show commitment, which interviewers like.

  6. Sciences. Biology Physics Chemistry.

    Maths.

    Possibly geography.

You'll want the highest grades possible.. even then it's not certain you'll get into vet school. It's harder than being a doctor. You'll defiantly need a fall-back career.
