What subjects will i need too pick for gcse for this job?? plz read!?

im starting my gcse when i go back too school in september and i need too know what subjects i would need too be good at/or ones i need to pick to become a chef??

Erm I'm guessing you'd need to take food

It may help to take sciences as well...

Then I'm not sure what else you'd need? Health and social care (I'm unsure about that one...not sure what it involves), or just another subject you really enjoy, I guess.
