  1. Eventually NaOH. But , it would not be a good buffer since sulfuric acid is a stong acid and NaOH a strong base. To have a good buffer the cation or anion must come from a weak electrolyte


  2. SO4, i think.  Because SO4 will act as the weak base for the buffer.  NaHSO4 will act as the weak acid for the buffer.

  3. A buffer is the a solution containing a weak acid and its conjugate base.  As weak acids go, bisulfate ion, HSO4- is fairly strong.  It's conjugate base is sulfate ion, SO4^2-.

    Therefore combining NaHSO4 and Na2SO4 in aqueous solution will produce a buffer.
