What summer dance intensives have you enjoyed?

Question

what are some summer ballet, jazz, or contemporary intensives that you have enjoyed. the best is 4-8 weeks and is a housing camp.

i just want some suggestions for future years. thanks! feel free to say problems with some as well and why you liked certain ones! thanks.

I've gone to North Carolina School of the Arts for Ballet, it was 5 weeks. I also went to the Rock School for 4 weeks, that was Ballet too. I went to American Ballet Theatre in Orange County, CA for 3 weeks for Ballet and then I went to Orlando Ballet this past summer for 5 weeks for Ballet as well. I think that my favorite program out of all of those would have to be ABT or NCSA. They were both really good programs. But Orlando Ballet was really good too, out of all of the programs that I've been to that one had the most dancing. I took 5-6 classes a day.

But if you want a more contemporary intensive I've heard amazing things about Lines Ballet in San Fransisco and Joffrey Jazz Intensive in New York.

well i didn't go to any camps, but my studio does summer intensive classes for any type of dance. this year i'm taking ballet, tap , jazz, stretch technique, and broadway jazz.

i really love stretch even though its not a real type of dance,

and my favorite is tap.

broadway jazz is good too. probably my favorite summer class
