  2. Nothing 'thins' your blood!

I realize that this is how doctors etc explain things simply, but as someone who works in Haematology I can't tell you how annoying it is!!! ;)

Aspirin etc don't literally make your blood 'thinner'. What they do is prohibit the clotting factors (the substances in blood that help it clot) from working and so make it less likely that your blood will clot. The consistency of your blood does not change.

    Rant over.....sorry!

the question is, if you are a healthy human being why do you want to change the clotting ability of your blood? There is absolutely no need to change the clotting ability of your blood unless you have heart disease, a previous heart attack, a clotting disorder or something like this. Clotting is well regulated by your body.

The best way to help your body stay healthy (including your clotting mechanisms) is to eat healthily, drink enough water and exercise regularly. This will work better than any 'superfood'.

No 'superfood' will ever work as well as aspirin.

  3. garlic and lemon

  4. any alcoholic drink.

  5. usins asprin? do you speak english? take some viagra stupid!

  6. garlic

  7. Garlic does that! Smelly, but effective in thinning blood. You can buy garlic capsuals too, no need to have garlic breath LOL. But either way, apparently - it dies work..
