    fat free milk will help stay lean.

    if your really active have a slice of bread everyday.

  8. well i dont eat thhis becuase it lokks wierd but my aunt does it tofu i heard that its very healthy and has much vitamins

    I also love fresh vegetables, bananas, and soy milk
