    No supplement is going to help your time.

  3. BCAA's do help recovery time, which help you get faster, faster.  Accelerade was originally designed for long-distance athletes.

  4. its pretty uneducated to say that supplements wont help your time.  Pretty dumb.  thats what supplements are designed to do.  BCAA are extremely beneficial for runners.  Same with protein and glutamine.  They allow the muscles to recover faster allowing your body to run harder longer faster.  I would recomend those.  put Amino Vital into a search engine.  Hope that helps.

  5. 10K is only 6.2 miles, it's not very far.

    If you want to take supplements, try Centrum.  It's a multivitamin that'll help your body's needs.

    Otherwise, eat healthy and drink water.
