What supplements I should take for shaping my body

I go to the gym 4 times a week, I don't want to be big I just want to shape my body and muscles btw I'm 174 cm/ 70kg

  2. hey, Don't be fooled by believing that you can get beauty and health by anything you can put on or in the body, anything which comes in a bottle or box. That's absolutely NOT TRUE.. and ILLUSION most of the people believe in it. Here is my advice for you friend: go with Yoga exercises and poses, learn Yoga, it's perfect for your body shape!
