  1. What I do is feed the vitamins to the crickets I feed my dragon. And that's all I feed them. They love it. I don't use the one that you have on the link. The one I use is in a blue container with a yellow lid... I forget what it is called... Repti-vit or something. But anyway I just gut load the crickets like that. I also sprinkle the crickets in calcium dust every other day. They don't need it every day. The calcium I use is made by the same people as the vitamins I use... but I think it is called repi-cal but same blue container with yellow lid. I wouldn't recommend the bearded dragon food. They like their food to move when they are little and you need to offer them veggies too. The best veggies are mustard greens, kale, carrots, zucchini. Look it up to find more.

Once you get a beardie you will be hooked. I love my 2 like they are my kids! haha... they are like dogs, just lizards.

    Hope this helps.

  2. You need the Herptivite and the Repcal Calcium with D3 ultrafine powder.  Since your guy is a baby, he needs the calcium supplementation 7 times a week and the multivitamin 5 times a week, just a pinch on the salad will work.  That Rep-Cal Bearded Dragon food is only suitable as an ingredient in a salad, not as the entire diet, and so you still need to supplement because he won't be getting it in large enough amounts to negate the need for supplementation.
