  1. Food is my supplement.

  2. Iron at that time of month just for an insurance policy. I don't think I need it but my doctor seemed to think it was a good idea. I donate blood and have never tested low for iron.

  3. I take a daily vitamin, as I have been since I was a little girl. It's a habit, I probably don't need it. I stopped taking vitamins when I was in the Army because I didn't have time or access to them most of the time and remained perfectly healthy, as lab results and frequent health exams showed. The vitamins I buy are vegan vitamins, with no animal-sourced ingredients, and they're from a small American company that exists solely because of the demand for an animal-free vitamin (I prefer to support American, local companies). From what I know about the company, I would say it is sustainable, and they put efforts into using as many energy-efficient methods as possible.

  4. Yes...I take natural supplements, kosher and halal certified.

They are made in farms and I have actually visited the facility that makes it...They powder vegetables like carrots, celery...and so many more and make totally organic vitamins.

I have these supplements twice a day. I market them too. The company that manufactures these vitamins have been around for 70 years, but you cant buy them in a store. You can contact me.

You can email me at electronic_scorpio@yahoo.com for more info.

  5. I take mostly nature made supplements...vitamin c, a b complex, e, fish oil, and sometimes garlic. I was taking d, but I ran out.

  6. Hawaiian Spirulina is great and sustainable!
