What supplements would make me grow tall?

age 17 i dont mean prescription drugs . just the ones at vitamin shop. i want to know what supplements to get . like what brand and should i get hgh supplement

Providing you get plenty of protein, calcium (milk) and zinc you will grow exactly the same amount with or without growth supplements.

HGH can only help you if you are actually deficient in HGH, and very few people are, and your growth plates are still open.  The side effects can be quite horrendous.

Unfortunately, no supplement or drug can make you grow taller... only a painful and risky surgery (where they literally saw your leg in half and insert little spacers) could do anything, and that's only an inch or two. I know it's sometimes hard when you haven't reached your maximum height, but at 17 years old, you've still got 2-3 years in which you could still grow. I know people that have had a major growth spurt around 18 years old, too.

You definitely should NOT take HGH. Aside from the fact that you need a prescription and no doctor will prescribe it to a minor unless it's for a medical condition, it's generally unsafe for anyone under 18 and could stunt the growth of anyone under 18 (if they take it, their body might produce less Growth Hormone, then if they stop, they'll stop growing).

One of the hardest things about growing up is that your DNA will determine how tall you get, not any drugs or supplements that could say otherwise. The best thing you can do is eat healthy, don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, and you'll grow to your maximum potential height.... just give it time.

theres no actual supplement but in asia theres this treatment where they actually break your legs or somthing and you grow like 4 inches when the bones heal.
