  1. apply for a family reuion it should be free. you need to show proof that you have lived together and you will need to be able to support her. If you cant do this find someone with a lot of money who will offer to be a sponser. you need to produce 3 months of wage slips and bank statements. it should take about a month maybe 2 good luck

  2. overdraft will affect your application. you need to show that you can SUPPORT and ACCOMMODATE  her. the latest payslip, bank statement ( for the past 6 months), tenancy agreement, your marriage contract, pictures, means of communication. how long will it take, depends on her country...

  3. Presumably she'll need evidence of savings and that she can support herself financially when she arrives and also evidence of skills and qualifications that are needed in the UK, as well as birth certificate, wedding certificate, passport, evidence that she speaks English. I expect you'll be able to act as a sponsor.

  4. With your application you need to include:

    -Photo

    -Passport

    -Bank statements

    -Rent agreement

    -Letter of employment

    -Wage slips

-Life in the UK test certificate

    -Marriage Certificate

    Hope this helps.

  5. I would clear that overdraft. You are her sponsor and they look at your finances very carefully.
