What surround system should I get?

I had bought a "Samsung HT-X50" 5.1 Digital system which I was happy with. They are about $250, tuner/DVD player, speakers and cables included. Also has HDMI out. This is a great starter system....sounds wonderful.

Just 2 days ago I purchased a new tuner.  The main reason for doing so was for more digital audio inputs, (the HT-X50 only had 1 digital audio in)  but in my research I found a couple of other things that other new Audio/Video Tuners have to offer that make upgrading and spending a little more money very worth it.

This product is not officially released, but will be out at the end of the month.  I found someone on eBay who will have them and set a deal to purchase this device for $345.  Then I purchased a set of 5.1 JBL's for $139.00. My main reason for choosing this tuner:

• One unit controls ALL audio & video devices.

• 7.1 instead of 5.1 (7.1 is the way to go with BlueRay DVD)

• 4 HDMI in / 1 Out to TV / Monitor (No other tuner for this price has this amount of HMDI's, I researched many brands and price levels of Audio/Video Tuners)

• 4 Digital Audio Inputs (Assignable to any video input)

• Has TrueHD & DolbyHD (NEW TECHNOLOGY - for true 7.1 uncompressed audio from BlueRay Disc)

Since the JBL speakers I purchased are 5.1.....I plan to buy two towers for the front L/R and will use the JBL's as surround and rear speakers.  I know this may be more than you wanted to spend, but I feel this is two great pieces of technolgy for the money.  Total without 2 tower speakers is: $538, maybe cheaper if you buy from eBay.
