well morbid objects have always tended to bring me luck, like burning crosses, the poison signs, a vial of blood, black cats, bloody fingers, etc.

not any those rabbit foot, 4 leaf clover, golden horseshoe nonsense....i'd rather have a vial of poisoned blood in my pocket anyday.....must be my scorpionic influences here hehehehe.

There is no such thing as luck.

But rabbits foots have been considered lucky.  I guess not so much for the rabbit though.
