  1. I had a stroke the left me very dizzy and instead of taking medicine I found that balance physical therapy worked much better.  It is definitely worth a try!

  2. Antivert, Benadryl, Scopolamine patch, Phenergen, Valium.

The cause of your dizziness could be just about anything.

I had an inner ear viral infection known as Labyrinthitis.  This is an inflammation of the inner ear structure called the labyrinth.  I had extreme dizziness, nausea (lost 25 pounds in a 3 week period), bad headaches.  It lasted for about 5 weeks.  I took Antivert for it and he helped some.  It just slowly went away and I have not had problems since.

There are many other causes of dizziness.  Let your doctor do his tests and I am sure he will find the cause.  Good luck.

  3. You'll have wait till they run tests on you to find out what is causing your dizzness.  Relying on public opinion is in poor judgment because dizzness can be caused by many problems.  Anemia is one of the things that can cause weakness, dizzness, pale skin, feeling cold when you shouldn't be, etc.  If that is the case then you might try eating meats like Beef, Pork, Lamb, beans and peas, whole grain breads, dark green leafy vegetables like brussel sprouts, also fresh and dried fruits which help increase your red blood cell count.
