What talk show is nastia liukin going to be on-?

i know she has been on the tonight show with jay leno already.

i also heard that shawn will be on leno, as well as letterman, oprah, and ellen.

i dont understand why shawn is getting so much more press than nastia. nastia won all around gold, which is the best and most important medal, and she won more in total than shawn. everyone is acting like shawn did better at the olympics...

Shawn WILL NOT be on Oprah. That spot is for Nastia.

I guess because Shawn went in as the favorite and everyone was happy to see her win Gold.  I'm not really sure though.  I think Nastia looks more graceful while she's doing a routine, but they both have amazing skills.  They're going on a tour around the country, maybe you'll get to see them.

She was on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno August 26 (as you mentioned) and will be on the Oprah Show is Chicago with 150 Olympians to try to promote Chicago for 2016.

Laura, I am as perplexed as you are at this one.  You would think that the prettier and more talented gymnast (and the one that won the all around Gold medal) would be America's sweetheart and entitled to the contract endorsements and the TV spots...but that just goes to show everyone has their favorites...maybe Shawn comes across as the bubblier of the two, and more likely to make people laugh (Letterman, Leno, and those goofballs).  Oprah I would think would make Nastia a priority over Shawn.
