yah i like tampax easy glide. those are the best tampons and they slide in easier. i would not suggest using cardboard ones for your 1st time using them as they seem to hurt. they also have smaller ones that you can just put in yourself and they dont have an applicator. that brand is o.b.

Well if you have never used them before..I suggest going with a plastic applicator.  It is much softer...and the cardboard always seems rough to me.  I have tried them all and I have to say...Playtex is the best brand.  Any kind...but the gentle glide is great!  Good Luck!  :)

They expand to the way  you are moving. Plus they are plastic and very easy to insert. DO NOT get the tampax cardboard. They are vErY had to insert.

I always use Playtex tampons. I've tried Tampax, and I think they're horrible. When the tampon is inside you, it expands as it soaks up blood. Tampax are rectangular once they open up. I'm not sure about you, but last time I checked, I wasn't rectangularly shaped down there! Playtex, on the other hand, open up like a flower, which works MUCH better! I would use playtex sport tampons.  Celeb athletes such as Katie Hoff and Abby Wambach support the use of this tampon and its absorbancy and trust it when theyre in the middle of a game. The best thing about this tampon is it has a 360 degree coverage. Which helps prevent leakage.
