Use tampax pearls easy glide they work good for me! I suggest that if you have not used one yet or are a virgin get the small because that is the only size that fits me. But if you flow heavy use the medium size!

Either Playtex Gentle Glide or Playtex Sport. I use both!

use playtex sport. they are so cumfortable that you dnt feel them and they work so good that you dont need liners and they catch even the heaviest of flows.

I recommend them fully.

I would say either sport or just any easy glide.. cardboard applicators suck!

When I used tampons, I loved OB tampons. They're small because they don't have an applicator so they're much more discrete to carry around in your purse or pocket. I rarely had any insertion or leakage problems.

Now I use the Divacup instead of pads or tampons, and it's awesome. I love it to death and could never go back to tampons. It's environmentally friendly, super cheap, you can swim and sleep in it, and it's a one-time purchase.

I use OB tampons.  Many women are trepadatious about using them because they think they are difficult to insert without an applicator.  They are the easiest tampons I have come across insertion wise, and the most comfortable.  They are also the most reliable I've found, and I've tried every brand out there.

Also, the instead cup is good too-- you can use it during s*x, and it collects the blood and is inserted deep enough so that you can have s*x.  You can also leave it in for 12 hours at a time.  Or for something you can reuse over and over, the diva cup is out there.  But for the diva cup you have to order it online and you can't use it during s*x.
