What tank accessories should i put with Neon tetras?

i was going to but 3 neon tetras for my 5 gallon tank but people have told me they like to swim in schools so im getting four because if i get 5 it will be too many. anyways i have no clue what plant, or rocks ,or stuff to put in the tank with them please help!! o and some tips on how to do the bag thing so they get used to the water and how to ceep them living.

a school of neons is actually 6

if your tank is rectangular, 6 of them would actually work out since they're really small and are low waste fish

you can add 3 otocinclus for the bottom as well

you can add water wisteria and water sprite

or even an anubis to your tank

decorations, as small as possible and nothing that has sharp edges

as for acclimating, it's not just about floating the back, which you should do for 15 min, then open it up, and put about 1/4 cup full of tank water into the bag about every 10 min

once the volume of the water in the bag has doubled, you can net out the fish into the tank

DO NOT pour the water from the bag into the tank though

ok 3 is good for a 5gaL instead of getting a 4th one get 1or 2 otto cats

put one hinding place in the tank with smooth graval and a few soft plants

and if u can get a lil heater and filtor
