What tax plan before congress would let us pay for education tax free ?

To clarify, under our current tax plan, we pay for education with AFTER tax dollars. What plan would eliminate this?

YOUR plan would not.  There have been some proposals for a 100% tax credit for tuition, but it's not presently before Congress.

The FAIRTAX plan would tax educational services just as other services.
