What team averages the lowest runs per game in the Major Leagues?

Teams like the A's, Padres, and Giants have been doing terrible as of late but the Nationals are the worst in the league. Not much to look forward from in baseball in the nation's capital.

Overall it's the Nationals, averaging just 3.7 runs per game. After them are the Padres, Giants, and Athletics.

The Texas Rangers have the highest runs per game at 5.58. Next are the Cubs, White Sox, and Red Sox.

on offense?  I would guess Oakland A's lately...their post all-star break batting average is something like .215..pretty brutal (unfortunately for a fan like me)
