Best - Philadelphia - got he best free agent this off-season in Elton Brand. If they lock Iggy then they are a top 5 team in the East maybe top 3.

Worst - Atlanta - tried to underpay Childress and lost him. Trying to underpay Josh Smith and will lose him eventually, if not this year then definitely next summer when Josh is an unrestricted free agent. Unlike Denver, they dont have trade money or any money for that matter. They are more dysfunctional now than the Clips and Memphis have more talent in their young core.

The Clippers did the Best move by getting Baron Davis and Marcus Camby but if for Denver that was the most stupid trade in the world. The Suns were stupid to trade Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks but if your a heat fan like me you would it was a good trade.
