Speaking as a fan of a team who needs a QB desparately( Bears), I don't think the Bears should go after him. I think he's weak armed and hughly overrated.

He would be a huge upgrade for the Vikings, even with his arm strength issues. Accuracy in the short passing game would create room for Peterson to run.

I'd say the fins if he's good enough for Parcells.  He would be an improvement over Mc Cown.

The Rams. Bulger's injury prone, Trent Green hasn't played 2 full seasons in the last 2 years, and who knows who their 3rd string is. Pennington would be a better 2nd string than Green.
