  1. Penguins.  They lost Malone but he only had 6 goals in the entire playoffs.  BGL is tough but he isn't the best skater.  Cooke can agitate and score the odd goal.  Ruutu will be missed but Detroit taught Pittsburgh a lesson that if you always have the puck, you have a good shot at winning!  I think last season was Fleury's last debacle and he will learn from it.  Satan and Fedetenko, on the whole, I think are better than Malone and Roberts.  There is a chance of getting Shanny too which would be a welcome "Right - handed shot."

  2. I can see Pittsbugh and Ottawa battling it out for top spot while Montreal does the most damage in the playoffs. I think Ottawa will finish first, they seem to have the most depth for the long haul while the Pens lost a bit too much in the off season to keep pace. Playoffs are a different animal though.

  3. Montreal

  4. Caps, Pens or Habs. Hurricanes could be a darkhorse pick, depending on how well the new D meshes. I could also see the Flyers taking it up a notch and winning it.

  5. pittsburgh penguins

  6. Flyers...they will be healthy and resigned their key players as well as adding to the defense that was already pritty good.  FLYERS!

  7. bruins,HA HA HA HA HA !!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Caps, Penguins, and the Devils

  9. u guys are forgetting a bout the caps they came in third last season.

they are gonna go far, **** the pens

lecter, olliesigned with the lightning and huet went with the hawks, but they got jose theodore and he says he cant wait to play with them cause they have the best player in the league. and he is right, crosby sucks. anyways ollie is a great goalie, has fluery won the vezina? seriously has he i really dont know. i dont hear much about him, he must suck

  10. I'll say Tampa...

  11. Hard to tell.... OTT has no defense and Gerber is shaky at best to me (Unless they upgrade their D (Schneider?), I find it hard for them to even make the playoffs) PITT had a bunch of roster changes.... MON has a goalie that has not played a full season yet.... Maybe the DEVILS (anything is possible with Marty) or RAGS (Jagr and Straka gone could be good for them and they upgraded their D) could sneak in there...... Its really up for grabs.

I will go with MON (assuming Price can shake off a bad playoff experience and get it rolling early in the year and a full workload for a whole season doesnt wear him out)

  12. Buffalo Sabres all the way!!!!!

  13. penguinsssss
