What team will win the AL Central division?

TWO OPTIONS: Chciago White Sox or Minnesota Twins

The Chciago White Sox and the Minnesota Twins have curently been in a showdown for the AL Central lead. The Sox have had control of it for most of the season, but the Twins always try to make some noice in the second half of the baseball season right after the all-star break.

Anyhow, the White Sox have one of the best team ERA'S in the MLB this season, they have the second best slugging percentage in the MLB this season, andthey have a better farm system with better deph than the twins, along with their pitching rotation. Also, don't forget Ken Griffey Jr. He has veteran power with over 600 home runs in his career. With the aquisition of Griffey, it makes the Sox, a true rock-solid hitting/slugging offense.

The Twins don't have a lot of the things that the Sox do. Morneau and Mauer can't put their leadership skills in action and lead the team for the REST OF THE SEASON. They have a terriable ERA on the road in which the remander of the games for the wins will mostly be on the road, compared to the Sox, where most of the remaining games will be at home.

MY PREDICTION: White Sox

I would have to say the Chicago White Sox. They are having a slumpish area right now because our Pitching is falling apart. We need to get that together. Minnisota will not be an issue for too long they don't seem to be very worrying to me right now. And plus Clevland is way out along with detroit and kc.

Minnesota Twins, they're starting to get healthy and it's a mystery how they always get great pitching from unknown young guys that come out of their system.  

I gotta think the White Sox's starting will not be as good as it has been thus far, their pitching period has been superb, but no ones gotten hurt yet either and I think the injuries will get to this team's pitching staff.

The Sox, They have a balanced team. Good pitching and good bats. They have been streaky all year, we are in a bad streak soon to be followed by a good streak. I hope they start the good streak with Detroit. The pitching is strong. It will be close the rest of the way but the White Sox will win it by a few games.

The White Sox will win it and the most important reason for that will be experience. There are players on this team that have been all the way with this team in 05'

They know what it takes and if pitching rebounds they will be a lock for first.

Of course I'm a White Sox fan, so I kinda am biassed. I won't lie.

I do admit that the Twins have a good team. They will probably win the Wild Card

Wait?..Better farm system?...Incorrect...Minnesota by far has the better farm system go look up Brian Buscher/Alexi Casilla/Denard Span/Oh and look how Francisco Liriano was turned around in triple A And than there is Glen Perkins and Nick Blackburn

Minnesota's whole team except for Carlos Gomez has come from thier farm system from one year to another...thats uhhh well lets see they're the third youngest team in Baseball....oh and atleast we use guys who hit over .300...when you have a bunch of grandpas on roids who hit HRs or strikeout

I wish i could say the tribe, but they didnt have a good season. I think the White Sox will win. They have been in the lead since the beginning and they would be crazy to become 2nd place.
