Dolphins were last in stopping the run last year. The gave up an average 150 yrds a game. The 49ers were last in pass defence. They allowed 290 yards per game.

The guy up there doesnt know what hes talking about. Anybody in their right mind knows the only thing good about the ravens is their defence. And im a packers fan, but the vikings had an amazing defence. Number 1 in stopping the run. He needs new sources.

Believe it or not the Patriots have great offense but their defense are suspect this year. But i dont think their defense is the worst. It's hard right now since we didnt start the season yet but I think these 3 teams are considered to be pretty bad considerin to last years performance.  Cleveland, New York Jets, and Cincinatti .  

oh btw JR, you are an idiot. He asked the worst defense not the worst team. The 49ers are one of the best defensive team in the league last year. Their offense suck.
