I would choose:

"Gangster Tripping" by Fatboy Slim

or

"Magic Carpet Ride (Fatboy Slim Latin Ska Breakbeat Acid Remix) by the Mighty Dub Kats

The first one for a dark character. The other two would work for more of a cheesy character.
