What television series was this? I'm trying to remember.?

A few years ago a television series began. It was about a young girl (I think who might have been Hayden P playing the part) who was possibly the daughter of satan. Her mother was a nun who lost her life and she was trying to find answers but bad things kept happening. A man was always following her and even moved in next to the home she was staying in. She lived with a family who decided to basically adopt her. The man who followed her I think her was an evil angel of some sort. The last episode took place on a boat. There was a dance. Then it was never on air again. That was a good show!! Does anyone know what it was called?
