What temerature does it have to be?

What temperature does it have to be when you start hoping it would cool off some. And what temperature does it have to be when you start hoping it would warm up?

I'm good between 60 and 90.  We get 100's in the summer and I don't mind too much until about the middle of July.  Then I start praying for October to come.

to cool off: 29.658 deg celsius. one degree less for my nan. one degree more for giraffes.

to warm up: 12 deg celsius for all three

This experiment was conducted wearing small shorts and a purple sombrero. (apart from the giraffe)

When it's about 75 i start wishing it would cool off some. and when it's about in the 40s i start wishing it would warm up some. i think about 64 is the perfect temperature. just warm enough for shorts and maybe a light jacket.

That would depend on your area's climatology.  Naturally someone in Minnesota might think 50 is warm during the early parts of spring, while people in Florida would shiver at that temperature.
