What temp and how long should you cook fairy cakes for in a FAN ASSISTED oven?

ALl the receipes are for normal ovens... how long and what temp for a fan assisted oven for baking little fairy cakes?

  1. Its 375 degrees F.  


  2. I agree with the first young lady, but as a former chef I never used the fans in my convection ovens the cake do not bake evenly and for fairy cakes being in such a short time, do not use the fan shut it down or off or the cakes will be lopsided.
