  1. I personally love this recipe and although you only requested the temp and time I thought I would share it all.

    Add:

    2 1/3 (8 ounce) jars honey

    2 1/3 teaspoons paprika

    2 1/3 teaspoons chili powder

    1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder

4 2/3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning

    1 1/4 teaspoons onion powder

    5/8 teaspoon celery salt

1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar

    5/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

2 1/3 medium onions, grated or finely chopped

    28 ounces barbecue sauce

    5/8 cup white sugar

to a large roasting pan. Add your ribs and coat well with the mixture.

    Bake at about 325 F for 2.5 - 3 hours.

    Enjoy!

  2. I make a dry rub (chili powder, smoky paprika, garlic salt, oregano, cumin, salt & pepper) and put it generously on the ribs.  Then put them on a pan and cover with foil.  Slow bake at 250-300 for about 2-3 hours.  Open the foil and baste with the BBQ sauce and continue baking for another hour or so (basting occasionally)

  3. bbq ribs are easy, but you can do them different ways.....

if they are frozen and you have a crock pot then cut them to fit in the crock pot and pour 1 bottle of the bbq sauce (make sure you cover all the ribs with the sauce. cover and let cook for 8 hours

    from thawed state

if you don't have a crock pot find a deep dish and put your ribs in it and cover all the ribs with the sauce plus 1/2 cup water

cover tightly with tin foil and bake at 325 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours

    VERY IMPORTANT

when cooking in oven do not open the foil for ribs to check them before the two hour mark. It will let all the steam out and make them dry.

    idea for you:

instead of mashed potatoes try them over white rice with the bbq sauce as the gravy

  4. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

In a shallow baking pan or roaster, place ribs in a single layer; salt if desired. Bake in a preheated oven for 2 hours - the ribs should be tender. Drain any grease and liquid. Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs. Return to oven and bake one more hour at 200 to 250 degrees F.

  5. Spray a shallow dish with release spray (Pam) and lay the ribs in the pan. Season the ribs on both sides, cover with foil and bake at 250F for 3 hours. Low and slow is the way to go with ribs or they will be tough. Remove the foil and pour off any accumulated juices, slather with your favorite sauce and return the pan to the oven without the foil. Let bake another hour or until the sauce firms up. This gives you plenty of time to make the side dishes.
