Normally I go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 7am to take my temp. Last night, I went to bed later- about 1:30am and woke up at 7 to take my temp (97.4). I then went back to sleep, woke up exactly 3 hours later and took it again (97.9)... What temp should I use? Is it more important to take it at the same time? Or to have the same amount of sleep before taking it?
