  1. On my 2001 Suzuki GSXR-1000, I believe mine came on at 221f.  I bought this stuff called "Engine Ice", it is a purple antifreeze that is suppose to actually get cooler as it sloshes around.  After I replaced my antifreeze with this stuff my fan NEVER came on again!  Not in traffic or at the drag strip!  If heat is a concern, I highly recommend this stuff.


  2. 220 F and turn off at 180 F

    in some area of the world . turn on at .250 F and turn off at 180 F
