if her temp gets to 38degrees or more, she should see a doctor immediately. It might be absoloutly nothing but my own doctor advised this. I rang my doc when my daughter had a 37.8 degree temp and she saw her straight away even though the waiting room was full. She said a high temp in babies should be taken seriously as they can dehydrate very quickly so yeah...38degrees or over and its time to see a doc. Hope this helps.

If you take the temp from under the arm then anything 37.4 C and higher is considered a fever.

between 36 to 37 degrees if over 38 degrees  theyre brain starts to cook so give panadol if its over 38 5 take to doctor immedietly
