What temp to bake cubed steak?

hi i am trying to bake 2 cubed steaks..last time i baked them at 350 for 20 minutes and they came out dry and tough..so what temp should i bake them and for how long so that they will come out juicy and tender? please help thanks!

Baking is not a good idea for steak, but if that's what you want to do, raise the heat and lower the time.  Try 450 for 10 minutes.  Or better yet, broil it for two or three minutes close to the flame, then turn it over for another two or three.

only two ways to cook cubed steak.  Chicken Fried steak, or braised. You cannot bake one of these.  

My advice is to braise in a pot with onions, beef broth and wine.

I have never baked them. I always lightly flour them and pan fry them in a little oil and butter.
