What temperature and how long?

What is the proper baking temp. for a 2 pound meatloaf..and how do you bake it for?

I would do 350 for about an hour and 15 minutes covered.

Do you have a fork?

Put it in a preheated oven (375 F) and then check after about 30 minutes. It should be a little red in the center. (*That is what the fork is for)

Take it out and cover it and then serve about 30 minutes later.

i would bake a 2 pound meat loaf at 375 for approx. 2 hrs.

Bake for an hour at 350 it will stay tender. 2 pounds is alot so maybe an extra 15 minutes.

325 for about 1 1/2 hrs. should do it.
