Is it safe to go outside tanning at 110 degrees?

How well done do you want your organs?  Rare is about 120 to 130, medium rare 130 to 140, medium 140 to 150, medium well 150 to 160, and well done anything above that.  All degrees listed are fahrenheit.

at 105 to 106 deg.F the proteins in your brain denature and stop working, causing brain damage and death. Similar things happen to the liver around 110 deg.

With enough water, your body will keep itself around the right temp by sweating and other ways of releasing heat.

thats really disgusting. i would say for every raw meat, at boiling temperature. but no, it is not safe to go tanning at 110 degrees, you will get a heat stroke from it. However, there are a few exceptions to this, depending on how healthy you are.
